Mission Statement
The purpose of the corporation is to foster amateur sports competition by recognizing present and former area athletes, coaches, and others who have distinguished themselves in the field of athletics, either individually, or by virtue of their performance on or in connection with athletic teams representing their high school, community college, four-year college, university, or professional team or sport, or by meritorious effort on behalf of athletics. The corporation will annually nominate, elect, honor and award truly outstanding Saginaw County female and male athletes, both past and present.

Become a Lifetime Voting Member
Every year, the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame mails out ballots to all of it's lifetime voting members, and lets them decide who will be inducted into the Hall that year. You can be a part of the voting process for life with a one time fee of $50.

SCSHOF New Home Project Update
The Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame, Inc. is planning to complete renovations at the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History to accommodate a new home for our Sports Hall of Fame. Our goal is to create a living memorial to Saginaw County's greatest athletes, coaches, teams and contributors that is accessible to our entire community including the residents of Saginaw County, guests, and especially our youth.
We will use multi-media technology to further promote the education of all sports, Saginaw County's rich history, and the recognition of individual and team accomplishments regardless of school.
