Established in 2002, SAGINAW COUNTY SPORTS HALL OF FAME is dedicated to recognizing and honoring local athletes in the diverse community of Saginaw County, MI. With sports membership options and regular outings for players and fans, our Michigan sports hall of fame strives to honor excellence and hard work in the sports community.

DR SLADE AWARD
The Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame debuted its first-ever Athlete of the Year in 2005. The award, presented annually to at least one senior from a Saginaw County high school, is voted upon by the Hall of Fame Board of Directors. In 2009, the award was renamed in honor of Dr. Tom Slade.

PAT BRADY COMMUNITY SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP
This past June the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame’s board of directors unanimously voted to honor Brady by providing a scholarship in his name. The Pat Brady Community Service Scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student-athlete from Saginaw County who unselfishly gave back to the community while participating in athletics and excelling in the classroom.
